1 MISSION 2 LOCATIONS

Our headquarters is in Washington State. On The Fly Therapy originally started in California, as the founders migrated north, they realized that they couldn’t leave the clients in California, so a second location was created. (or, I guess, maintained?) OTFT cares for their clients and wants to truly help them become pain free, helping them maintain a happy, healthy, overall better quality of life. Here in Washington we love the community; whether it’s the locals at the hipster coffee shops, fellow hikers, dog park lovers or Functional 45 and crossfitters. Our goal is to help everyone in every stage of life. We aim to educate our clients on preventative routines that are simple and can improve to help alleviate their pain. Our mission is the same no matter the state. We exist to serve the community by empowering people to live pain free lives. Because we love to help people, we offer a refer-a-friend deal so that we can help reach more people!
OTFT Washington

OTFT’s main headquarters is in Washington in a city called Puyallup (PEW-ALL-UP). We are a service to the local gym goers, desk workers, weekend warriors, athletes and many more. We love the fresh and often crisp cold weather up here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are accepting in-person sessions in the Pierce County region with our headquarters located in Puyallup/South Hill! OTFT's Mobile Therapy Sessions are brought to you in the convenience of your home. Mobile therapy sessions are CURRENTLY ON PAUSE but we hope to bring this option back in the future.
OTFT California

OTFT originated in Southern California, beautiful, sunny SoCal. Therapy events are scheduled once a month and our therapist flies to California for a week of treatment. We love the beach and fast paced culture out in California and aim to bring clients to an hour in their day where they can enjoy the process of becoming pain free. OTFT wants to ensure that all clients are being helped no matter the state, so our second location in California will continue to stay true to the name, “on the fly!” We love our clients very much and will always do everything in our power to serve them.
Therapist and Founder
- Lexi LLITERAS-Iza -

Hi all. My name is Lexi, I am the founder of On The Fly Therapy. I am a licensed athletic trainer and have worked in athletic training for the last 8 years but I’ve been around the athletic world as a whole for the last 19 years, as I grew up with and around athletes. I played and coached sports like basketball and volleyball. I attempted hockey and decided that I preferred watching more than playing. I have loved sports and competition growing up, yet knew going into a collegiate sport was not for me. Although, I still wanted sports to be in my life. While I was finishing high school I found a second love: anatomy. So, I figured out a way to put the two together through a sports medicine class, and thus, I fell in love with athletic training. Once I graduated from university, I worked in the high school setting as the head athletic trainer, running around like a chicken with my head cut off, (like most high school athletic trainers who are at a ratio of 1:800, Athletic Trainers to Athletes) Through this time I had the experience of seeing both loved ones and high school athletes go through the healthcare system, having seasons that were once a dream, crushed because it usually took 3 months for them to get physical therapy. So, OTFT was born.

OTFT was created so that what I do as an athletic trainer, for athletes, can be brought to the everyday person; to help that rec. league hockey player with a grade 2 ankle sprain return to play by the next weeks championship game. And on the other spectrum, I want to help the everyday person working at a desk who has chronic back pain and is miserable at their job simply because of the pain.  I want to empower people to know that they do not have to feel defeated by the pain they have, but to feel empowered with hope that OTFT can help relieve pain with more holistic measures. I have such a passion to help people and serve them in this way; to hear those words, “wow, I feel so much better!”
