OTFT is centered on the RTP mentality, meaning Return To Play.
RTP is used largely in the athletic training world and it’s used as a term to describe assessing an athlete’s injury, creating a game plan of treatment, minimizing recovery time, evaluating pain vs. functionality, then signing them off to compete again. The RTP mentality takes the attitude of a superwoman mother helping her kid complete his project at 10pm the night before it’s due, in other words, it is a, “we are going to do WHATEVER it takes to get you better, pain free and back to play as fast as humanly possible.”
We believe that everyone is an athlete, in their own way. So, we take the same approach toward professional athletes as we do for the everyday person by returning them to their play, whatever that may be. In the end, our goal is to help you do what you do best, the best way you can: pain free.
